Did You Know Your Door Frame Can Help You Stretch?
In this day and age, most of us spend way too much time sitting When we do that, our shoulders and our heads tend to come forward.
One of the stretches that we teach our patients to use to help combat that is a simple doorframe stretch. All you do is find a standard with the doorframe, put an arm on each side, and then just step into your doorframe. It pulls your arms back, and stretches across your chest.
What you'll find is, as you hold this stretch for up to 30 seconds and repeat that two or three times every day, eventually things start to loosen up - your shoulders and your head will be able to come back over your shoulders and over your body.
This is one of the tools that we use to help you be your best.
